Responsibilities

  • Set-up and stock station prior to service
  • Prepare menu items according to company specifications
  • Maintains product presentations, product quality, and cook time standards.
  • Adhere to Kitchen Manager and Assistant Kitchen Manager’s instructions
  • Maintain a sanitary work area
  • Requirements
  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to six (6) hours in length.
  • Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees, dining room staff, and guests.
  • 1 year of experience as a line cook or prep cook in a high volume or fast casual restaurant
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
  • Accuracy and speed in executing menu items
  • High volume or fast casual experience recommended
  • Food Handlers Certification
  • Minimum 18 years of age
